We need a Channel Partner Manager to come in and build a partner channel in support of our US & UK Sales teams that'll make a serious impact at LogicMelon.

You'll definitely need to be a self-starter, someone to be responsible for developing and growing our strategic partnerships with key leaders and decision-makers across multiple organisations within the recruitment market sector. 

This new role will require a bucket load of energy, determination, and focus. By selling to, and through our partners, you'll have the opportunity to develop and close recruitment technology opportunities, in turn we expect your drive to have a positive impact on the revenue at LogicMelon.

What does an average day look like…

The Channel Manager role will cultivate Strategic Alliances and relationships with channel partners by understanding their individual goals and helping to find mutually beneficial solutions - every partner interaction should make partners feel individually valued.

You'll also:

-attend meetings with clients, and/or take qualified leads from the community and be able to deliver proposals on behalf of LogicMelon

-support the planning, preparation and performance for New & Existing Partner Relationships, New & Existing Partner Sales

-strategise with partners around opportunities that grow both businesses

-act as a product consultant and subject expert on behalf of LogicMelon

-able to drive opportunities, leads and revenue into the business based on agreed targets

What You'll Need to Bring-Create Global Sales department reporting and insights - new/new, new/existing, RM, KPI management (weekly, monthly reports creation and insights)-You're someone who is focused on relationships and is flexible, motivated, enthusiastic, driven, and passionate about customers, and can operate in a competitive market sector-proven ability to communicate effectively, collaborate and co-create with internal team members across multiple functions-ability to write and articulate appropriate, winning responses to RFIs and RFPs

-be proficient in channel automation, to optimise output while effectively managing partners

-be able to work smarter (not harder) with data analysis skills

-be versed in content marketing and marketing/sales/partner campaigns

-marketing automation (Hubspot) or similar

-Should be able to actively assess emerging technologies and how to leverage them for our own program of success
