Tommy Bahama has ON-SITE Entry-Level opportunities for Call Center Representatives in Federal Way, Washington! This position is perfect for those with Call Center, Retail Sales or Customer Service experience.

The Job: 

• Answers inquiries by clarifying desired information by researching, locating, and providing information
• Resolve customer issues timely and thoroughly, seeking to exceed customer expectation on every interaction
• Processing forms, orders, and applications requested by the customers
• Respond to the needs of customers and provide personalized service
• Other various duties
