Description: Integrated Detector Dewar Cooler Assembly \(IDDCA\) manufacturing and test\. Precision Mechanical Manufacturing and Assembly in Clean Room Environment \(Class 100, 1000, 10000\)\. Utilization of Sensitive Welding Equipment, Semi Automated Ovens, Cleaning, High Precision Metrology and Inspections Systems, and Vacuum Equipment\.
Must have ability to obtain a security clearance\.
Microsoft Office, basic knowledge in electronics trouble shooting skills and PCB handling, knowledge and use of electronic test equipment, multimeters, function generators, power supplies and thermal chambers\. Knowledge and use of hand tools and torque wrenches\. Ability to handle small components and eye/hand coordination\. Must have good oral and written skills for documenting, standard in process work, engineering directed failure analysis/evaluations and rework\. Must be capable of reviewing and updating quality test documents\.
Cross functional expertise in Production Operations\. Demonstrated performance in cleanroom manufacturing of high technology microelectronic products\. Utilization of factory floor computer control systems, MS Office applications, and familiarity with Statistical Process Control methods\.
