Our client, a growing Microsoft Partner of Choice company offering a success driven, fun and supportive environment, is looking to welcome in its Austin- Texas team a Senior Account Executive . Reporting to the Vice-President, Business Development, the future Senior Account Executive will contribute to the company’s growth in the Unites States using a consultative sales approach that leverages the talent, expertise, and methodology of the company as well as Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance & Supply Chain Management (ERP) as an enterprise technology solution. Key responsibilities Identifies new clients and generates new sales, in targeted industries; Defines opportunity development strategies; Leads and coordinates Sales’ department opportunities in a collaborative approach; Generates responses to RFI and RFP with the assistance of solution specialists (presales), solution architects and delivery consultants; Drives executive presentation meetings and works jointly with solution specialists (presales); Generates leads and contributes to lead nurturing programs; Builds long-term relationship with Microsoft’s sales team and plan territory development programs; Participates and represents the company in industry associations, forums and conferences; Maintains and administrates Sales processes and corporate systems; Provides support regarding product positioning and capabilities both internally and to the prospecting clients; Ensures continuous improvement and knowledge sharing on the products, methods as well as new technologies in the industry.

Qualifications: Business degree or equivalent; professional designation (CPA, Eng., PMI, etc.) - a great asset. Minimum 5 years of ERP sales experience, from mid to large size companies; Minimum 15 years of relevant outside sales experience in the assigned territory; Knowledge of CRM, BI and/or e-Commerce solutions, a great asset as well as proficiency with technology and Microsoft’s productivity suite; Ability to perform autonomously as well as in a team-selling environment; Ability to have business discussions and build relationships with “C” level executives as well as with all other levels; Understanding business objectives and requirements in finance, supply chain, manufacturing, distribution, retail and construction / professional services; Strong analytical, negotiation, problem solving and organizational skills; Leadership skills and the ability to identify, lead and implement process efficiencies and value-added solutions; Excellent communication (non-verbal, verbal and written) and presentation skills; Fluent in French and English (oral and written); Driver’s license and availability to travel.
