We are looking to hire an Administrative Nurse/ Business Office Manager/LPN to join our team!
This position provides administrative support for day-to-day operations of the Assisted Living and Memory Care areas of the community and is responsible for inter-office communication, scheduling and tasking of Care Services team members, managing and tracking orientation, employee files, publishing and distributing appropriate paperwork for communication with resident families, quality assurance reports, resident care plans, license renewals, and other administrative duties. Must have the ability to work "manager on duty" hours when needed, and utilize clinical skills/experience dependent upon community needs. Must be an LPN or RN with prior Office Management/Administrative experience preferably in an senior living environment. Required Experience: A. Education/• LPN or RN • Medical Records experience required. • B. Direct Previous Experience • Telephone operating and answering experience required. • Two years' experience in a similar Administrative/management position in a healthcare setting desired. • Staff scheduling experience a must. C. Skills: • Ability to work with minimal or close supervision. • Must conduct all business with a professional manner and with a high level of confidentiality.
