Small office with casual environment looking for a dedicated professional to fill a part time ( about 20 hours per week) as bookkeeping/accounting clerk position. This position supports Senior Management with various AR, AP, Excel, HR, Payroll as well as provide admin functions like filing, reception, ordering supplies. Must have at least 3 years bookkeeping experience and solid experience of Quickbooks and Excel. Strong detail orientation and flexible attitude. Coordinate with other staff in ordering supplies and other general office tasks. Provide assistance with annual audits and compliance reports. Provide support with vendor management and inventory controls.

Bring a positive attitude to this group of committed professionals. Small casual office located in Petaluma. Reports to VP of Finance. Looking for someone who can maintain a consistent schedule providing 20 to 24 hours of work per week. Up to $25.00 per hour. Please send resume and references.
