Our ever-evolving team will be adding a fresh and innovative Junior Account Manager to our Account Management Department. The Junior Account Manager that we select to join us will gain a full understanding of every department within our firm with the help of intensive training provided by our management staff. As a Junior Account Manager, you will be responsible for client representation along with being consistent in managing their brands and maintaining familiarization with competitors within the region. Track and report to Senior Management the daily sales and territory assessments of oneself and their team
Learn and master the sales cycle
Participate and attend weekday management training meetings to go over tools and tactics for each day’s success
Stay current on product knowledge and promotions along with competitors offerings to ensure the best opportunity for the enlightenment of potential customers
Travel locally to assigned territory and nationally to conferences and potential new client meetings
Build and maintain a productive relationship with the customer throughout their entire experience
Bachelor's degree or demonstrated success in a comparable customer-facing position
Strong problem solving, influence, and negotiation skills
Prior experience in customer service and sales
Comfortable making presentations regularly and interacting with clients and customers on a daily basis in meetings and phone interactions
Maintain flexibility with one’s work schedule and the ability to travel is a plus
