Experienced Construction Superintendent - Myrtle Beach, SC

We are a Regional Commercial General Contractor that builds, renovates, upfits restaurant and retail facilities across the Southeast. We are seeking a Superintendent to join our Team that has at least four (4) years’ commercial experience that is goal-oriented and results-driven.

Primary Functions

• Proficient in reading and understanding architectural and mechanical plans
• Understand and manage all aspects of the building process
• Ensure adherence to company safety and insurance policies, protocols, and OSHA compliance
• Provide heavy coordination between multiple building trades
• Hold subs accountable for their contractual obligations
• Monitor and maintain project schedule activities assigned
• Monitor and assist in coordination of jobsite logistics
• Assist in securing all required building inspections and related trade inspections
• Oversee and evaluate subcontractor performance
• Submit daily activity reports and photos for completeness and accuracy
• Assist in planning, organizing, controlling, procuring, storing, logistics and utilization of material

Education & Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 3 or more years’ Commercial Restaurant build-out & ground-up/Retail Experience (Preferred)
• 5 years’ Commercial Construction Experience (Required)
• Must have a valid driver’s license
