Job Description

Direct Concepts understands the importance of having an eye-catching Instagram profile, a creative and unique website, and tools that help you connect to your customers easily and efficiently. This is why we have launched a new project working with premier web design and digital marketing company that has the same passion for connecting brick and mortar businesses to the online world.

 

We are looking to hire an Account Manager with a proven track record of success in building relationships, closing new business, and driving sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Garner and maintain a complete understanding of the client’s services to provide the highest level of support to potential customers

  • Develop and deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets for our client

  • Foster key relationships with local executives and business owners as well as the internal sales and marketing team

  • Present regular team reviews and create training roadmaps to ensure the team is refining their marketing and sales techniques regularly

  • Collaborate effectively and efficiently with Upper Management to achieve goals and initiatives

  • Continually develop marketing strategies to achieve designated revenue objectives and grow market leadership

  • Review and resolve compliance issues with Upper Management and the appropriate sales or marketing team

 

You…

  • Have a B.A. or B.S. in a business-related field, hospitality management, or communications

  • Have at least 1-2 years in a customer/client-facing or team-oriented role

  • Are sharp-minded, quick on your feet, and a proven problem solver who can see the big picture

  • Love to have fun and can bring your enthusiasm and zest for life with or without coffee in the morning

  • Understand and prioritize the sales and marketing efforts across Direct Concepts

  • Are effective at multitasking and able to work on multiple accounts concurrently

 

**Bonus if you have prior business-to-business or website/social media-related experience**
