Broward County Consumer Litigation Attorney
A busy Broward County Consumer Rights Law Firm is hiring an Associate Litigation Attorney. This is an excellent career opportunity to be part of an established and dynamic firm focused on helping people and making a difference in people’s lives, while working in a warm and friendly atmosphere.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Preparation, review and approval of all case pleadings.
Handle all aspects of litigation including answers and affirmative defenses, discovery, motions, hearings, trials and appeals.
Attendance at mediations, conciliations, depositions, telephonic hearings, in person hearings and motion calendar as required.
Regular client meetings/updates.
Other duties and special projects as assigned.
Experience and Job Requirements:
Member in good standing of the Florida Bar.
Minimum of 3-5 years of litigation experience, preferably within consumer litigation.
Ability to manage and prioritize large caseload.
Experience litigating mortgage and loan servicing fraud and foreclosure related matters a plus.
