Rn Clinical Manager at Living Tree Estates LLC

Living Tree Estates LLC in Greenville, WI is looking for one RN clinical manager to join our care team. We are located on N1916 Greenville Dr. Our ideal candidate is organized, has strong leadership and interpersonal skills, has strong clinical/assessment skills and values building a strong, competent team.

This is a full time day position primarily M-F but must be flexible to assist with training and assisting as lead or training on p.m. shifts and occasional weekend hours if needed.

Hourly rate is negotiable depending upon experience.

Responsibilities Include but not limited to:

• Monitor, assess, document and assure implementation of proper care for up to 45 residents.
• Collaborate with the care team including PT/OT, Homecare, Hospice, care staff and supporting care team members to develop comprehensive care plans
• Communicate care strategies with residents, team members and family/POA.
• Collaborate to assess skills and abilities of team members for scheduling and hiring purposes
• General leadership responsibilities for teaching, coaching and support of team members

Qualifications

• Associate degree, bachelor degree or diploma from an approved nursing program
• Current licensure by the relevant state nursing board
• Certifications as required such as BLS, CPR and ACLS
• Relevant experience
