About the Role

Lively is seeking an enthusiastic Product Marketing Manager to take our workplace benefits solutions further. Your work will directly impact how we are positioned in the market and communicate our value propositions to our core audience segments.

In this role, you will partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Experience, and Revenue Operations to develop and manage content that spans the buyer journey and customer lifecycle. You don't need to understand the nuances of HSAs and FSAs right away (bonus if you have one of these accounts!), but you should expect to become an expert and advocate for their benefits as well as Lively's unique offering. This is your opportunity to change the healthcare narrative, with a direct responsibility to make healthcare saving and spending easier to use and administer. 

This role sits on the Marketing team and reports to the Director of Product Marketing. 

What You'll Do

  • Create messaging and launch strategy to drive adoption of new products and features 
  • Design and execute enablement programs that accelerate the sales funnel 
  • Develop engaging, up-to-date education tools and resources 
  • Champion the buyer and end user across both B2B and B2C verticals 
  • Lead research initiatives to help Lively stay on top of market and customer insights
  • Serve as messaging and communications guide for internal teams 

What You'll Bring

  • 3+ years of relevant marketing experience at a software, healthcare, or fintech company, with at least 1 year in a Product Marketing role
  • Track record of successful go-to-markets and optimizations for SaaS products
  • Experience developing and supporting sales enablement from strategy to execution
  • Strong instincts for copywriting and visual design across different tactics 
  • Proficiency with email marketing platforms (Marketo, Adobe Campaign, Hubspot, etc.)
  • Working knowledge of dashboards and reporting (Google Analytics, Chartio, etc.)
  • Experience using product design tools (Sketch, Figma, Invision, etc.)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, and an unwavering eye for detail
  • Enthusiasm for building processes and cross-functional program management 
  • BS/BA from an accredited college or university

The base salary range listed below for this position is inclusive of all U.S. States and Washington D.C. Actual pay will depend on the candidate's location and experience.

Salary range: $105,000 - $130,000 DOE

Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis with no sponsorship needed now, or in the future.
