As Product Support Manager, you will lead our Product Support team (10-20 agents) who provide assistance to customers and field technicians via phone and email. You will be responsible for hiring new team members as we continue to grow. You’ll manage up those with the most potential and manage out those who underperform or don’t meet our company values. You’ll report to our Director of Support and have many opportunities to work alongside other managers and executives within the company.
- Manage team of Product Support Agents
- Continually track team OKRs and oversee team performance
- Question current processes and help develop new solutions
- Facilitate weekly team trainings
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Have success working in a high-growth company
- Be a champion of change in our efforts of continuous improvement
- Experience supporting both software and hardware
- Experience with Amazon Connect, Looker, ServiceNow, or Zendesk
