Job Description:

Our Project Managers (PM) are responsible for ensuring a timely, guided, tailored, and positive experience during the implementation phase. As a PM, you’ll have the opportunity to work directly with our clients during the most important part of their LiveView journey; their success largely depends on the quality of their implementation. By using our project management software and coordinating with just about every department in the company, you’ll be responsible for keeping the project on track while keeping the client informed.  


Responsibilities:

  • Meet with new clients to gather requirements and information necessary for the implementation of LVT’s solution
  • Translate client’s goals into configuration requirements to ensure LVT’s solution is tailored to meet the client’s objectives
  • Build and execute detailed project plans, own project activities, and work with other team members to execute on project deliverables to ensure on time, on budget, high quality deployments.
  • Act as a trusted advisor for clients, guiding them through the implementation process and keeping them informed and updated on important milestones
  • Collaborate with technical teams to implement custom solutions 
  • Coordinate with 3rd party technician and logistics networks to ensure quality delivery and installation of LVT’s product
  • Configure and set up each new client on LVT’s cloud-based video monitoring platform
  • Understand and document customer pain points, advocate for them internally to influence product changes
  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success and Technical Support teams to ensure successful handoffs during transition points

Requirements:

  • Excellent time management skills
  • Instinctive analytical and problem solving skills 
  • Superb communication skills 
  • High emotional intelligence
  • Ability to triage, prioritize, and manage problems efficiently
  • Ability to manage a portfolio of projects while meeting task and milestone deadlines
  • Experience supporting or implementing a highly technical product; experience supporting a physical product a plus
  • Experience in a Project Management or Implementation role a plus
  • You can thrive in a fast-paced and sometimes ambiguous environment
  • You are friendly, assertive, and helpful with a positive attitude


Education:

Bachelor’s Degree preferred
