Job Brief:

You will be tasked with coordinating with multiple departments in order to keep the system as up-to-date as possible. You will be tasked with coordinating Bill of Materials & Part Numbers between Engineering, Production, & within the ERP system. You will assist the Production Teams in their weekly and daily orders including the scheduling & tracking of work orders.

Responsibilities:

  • Input controlled document information into the system

    • Bill of Materials

    • Part Numbers

    • Production Orders

  • Assist Production Manager with input of production schedule and other value-add information

  • Coordinate with engineering departments to ensure the ERP is accurate to their BOM specification and that the ERP also matches what is being done  in production

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

  • 3-5 Years experience within ERP systems

  • Acumatica ERP experience a plus

  • Ability to work independently

  • Ability to work in rapid changing environments

  • Full-time availability

  • Strong computer skills required

  • Ability to communicate effectively

  • Able to work under pressure

How You’ll Be Successful:

Your success will be based upon how well you can learn the ins and outs within our Acumatica ERP system. You will be leaned upon for your expertise in best practices and processes to streamline our administrative work and create effective work flows. You will be adaptable and flexible as schedules change and work loads fluctuate.
