We're Looking for a Part-Time Personal Assistant/House Manager to Join our Team!

We're searching for a high-performing, part-time Personal Assistant/House Manager to support Live Your Message's Founder and CEO Marisa Murgatroyd. We're seeking someone who is confident, resourceful and highly organized, with an ability to run multiple tasks smoothly & efficiently. 

Your mission -- should you choose to accept it -- is to...

  • Support Marisa on a wide-range of day-to-day household activities and projects
  • Household management including shopping, cooking and housekeeping tasks
  • Coordinate and support event planning and dinner parties, from start to finish
  • Book travel arrangements and create itineraries for her and her husband/business partner
  • Book restaurant reservations, social engagements and various appointments
  • Coordinate pre-production, set-ups and on-site needs for all of Marisa's video shoots
  • On occasion, accompany and assist Marisa on- and off-site with live events 
  • Conduct research, run errands, administrative support and in general, keep Marisa's world in order!

Experience preferred with (or come ready to learn) the following :

  • Google Workplace

  • Monday.com

  • Dropbox

  • Owning a MAC computer is preferred!

The Deets:

  • This is a part-time position with the possibility of the role evolving into a full-time position in the future

  • The role is in-person, approximately 15-20 hours per week 

  • Evening and/or weekend hours may be necessary during peak periods 

  • A car, driver's license and insurance is needed to get to and from HQ and be able to run errands

  • Candidates must be based in Austin, Texas and the starting pay rate for this position is $28/hour
