Say thank you to departing guests.FUN: Work passionately as a team to create a FUN experience both for everyone who works and plays hereSpecific Responsibilities and Duties Responsible for SEO / SEM maintenance Responsible to coordinate and respond to all website & social media inquiries Identify, develop, and implement new campaigns that drive new customer and existing customer growth through digital platforms Partner with Director of Marketing & internal stakeholder to plan, develop, and test communications to increase engagement Create and manage internal and third party paid campaigns on digital and social media platforms Analyze campaign metrics to drive day-to-day business decisions and determine future initiatives. Develop and present to leadership on analytics/results Maintain consistent brand messaging throughout all platforms Use advanced metrics to measure the success of a marketing campaign Keep up to date on the latest social media trends Researching market trends Identifying and engaging with website vendors Developing and sourcing content for digital platforms Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications with an emphasis in Excel and MS Teams Supporting other marketing initiatives(Minimum) Requirements Upbeat & Positive Attitude Team PlayerQualificationsJob Requirements (skills, knowledge, and abilities) Ability to analyze and interpret departmental needs and results.
Ability to solve complex problems. Ability to perform assigned duties under frequent time pressures. Broad variety of tasks and deadlines requires an irregular work schedule.
Ability to perform assigned duties in an interruptive office.Educational Requirements At least one year of digital marketing experience with extra consideration for high volume Basic knowledge of Adobe Design Suite. A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field is recommended. Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid gaming license as determined by the Maryland State Lottery and Gaming Commission for the position.Physical Requirements 24/7 environment requiring extended hours including evenings and weekends Must be able to lift and/or push up to 30 lbs.
Must be able to work standing for up to 4 hours at a timeWorking Conditions 24/7 high energy casino with over 300,000 sq. ft of gaming and entertainment space and approximately 3000 employees Exposed to alcohol, cigarette and cigar smoke, bright lights, and loud noises.
