Sales Support Team

Little Earth Productions is looking for an energetic, outgoing individual to join our sales support team. The mission of the sales support team is to ensure our sales team has the greatest chance to succeed in achieving annual revenue goals. The key activities of the sales support team include, but are not limited to, managing the entire order cycle from input to delivery, managing customer service requests and creating custom reports for use by the sales team.

Sales Support Team Associate

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of work experience supported by functional two-way communication skills, effective and efficient business writing skills and a high level of comfort working with data and presenting the conclusions and recommendations to senior management

Additional skills of the successful candidate include being comfortable with Excel and ERP platforms, understanding the importance of calendar and deadline management, being prepared to pivot away from one task to another quickly and a belief in the power of teamwork.

Duties will include the following:

  • Responsible for managing all aspects of the order fulfillment process for several high-profile Ecommerce platforms like Amazon, Chewy, Faire, etc.
  • Managing the execution of online orders on www.littlearth com
  • Liaison between IT, sales and production departments to ensure our EDI order flow is accurate and reflects actual available inventory
  • Work directly with an assigned list of house accounts to increase awareness of the Little Earth product line with the end goal of securing new orders
  • Collaborate with our independent sales representatives to support their selling efforts

What you need:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel – a test will be administered at time of interview.
Experience with data analysis and ERP and/or EDI systems preferred
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or in the accounting field is preferred.
Excellent time management skills; ability to prioritize work functions to meet deadlines.
