About the Job

As an Account Manager you will represent Listrak by playing a critical role in supporting growth and retention for world class eCommerce brands. You will foster strategic relationships with senior level executives; relying on both a strong understanding of the client's business and marketing objectives in addition to a deep understanding of Listrak's cross-channel marketing platform. You will develop comprehensive strategies and consult with the client on how to execute and optimize those strategies - all while delivering superior results. The ideal candidate is a customer-centric analytical thinker who thrives on identifying opportunities to drive ever-increasing value and revenue growth for their client partners in a dynamic environment. 

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in a Client Services, Customer Success or Account Management role, ideally within SaaS or Digital Marketing
  • Demonstrated success managing multiple customer relationships in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong technical aptitude with the proven ability to quickly grasp and apply concepts
  • Resourceful self-starter with a desire to excel in a results-oriented organization
  • Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills
  • Curious analytical thinker; capable of turning data into actionable recommendations
  • A results-driven motivated attitude, with a bias for learning and sharing
