Job Description

This position reports to the Office Manager and is typically an Administrator Level I. Key areas of responsibility include but are not limited to: greeting customers, answering and directing phone calls, handling payments and customer transactions, administering paperwork on service / repaired units from start to finish, facilitating daily transfers with our drivers, receiving merchandise and assisting in putting inventory into stock.

This position requires accuracy and reliability in handling accounts and documents. Having a great attitude, high energy, taking pride in your accomplishments and the ability to work as part of a dynamic and dedicated team are essential. The primary goal of this role is to create a friendly, cheerful, and professional atmosphere for our customers. The responsibilities listed are not all inclusive and are subject to change.

This is a full-time position and standard hours are M-F, 9AM-6:15PM.

Responsibilities:
-Daily opening and closing accounting duties
-Handling payments and customer transactions
-Working closely with our POS (Point Of Sale) software
-Mailing invoices to customers
-Greeting customers, answering and directing phone calls
-Cleaning, organization and upkeep of the store
-Administer paperwork on service / repaired units from start to finish
-Inventory control
-Facilitate daily transfers with our drivers, receive merchandise and assist in putting inventory into stock

Required Skills:
-Outgoing personality with professional demeanor
-Exceptional customer service skills including working through elevated service issues
-Capable of working effectively in a fast-paced environment
-Ability to learn and have an open minded approach to new concepts and procedures
-Maintains a high standard of integrity & professionalism
-Great communication, both spoken and written
-Excellent computer and contemporary business software skills
-Strong knowledge of Google Office Programs

Preferred Experience/Education:
-Experience in data entry
-Experience in customer service

Required Certifications:
-High School Diploma or Equivalent

-Sitting, frequently
