Job Description

New technology continues to open new opportunities for businesses to better serve customers, operate more efficiently, and improve ROI. But with this new technology, it is critical for businesses to consider the human aspect – organizational structure, change readiness, executive sponsorship, communication, and training. As a Digital Transformation/Change Management Consultant, you will support enterprise clients to ensure that the human factors in technology adoption are well considered, strategized, planned for, measured, and incorporated successfully as part of the overall business plan. You will work side-by-side with our experienced Salesforce technology integrators to ensure that our clients are getting the expected business value from Salesforce connected suite of solutions.

What We Are Looking For

    • 5+ years of experience in a change management role (change readiness, communications, training, executive alignment, organizational behavior, etc.)
    • 5+ years of experience with large-scale corporate transformations, especially involving Salesforce
    • Excellent presentation, analytical, consultative, and communication skills
    • Positive, customer-centric attitude
    • Proactive team player
    • Ability to successfully give compelling sales presentations and facilitate workshops to C-Suite executives
    • Ability to work in the United States

Preferred Experience

    • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce cloud applications
    • Salesforce certifications and accreditations; especially Marketing Cloud Consultant, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Pardot Consultant, Personalization Accreditation, Intelligence Accreditation, and CDP Accreditation
    • Project management and work plan development experience
    • Consulting/agency experience

What You Will Be Doing

This senior consultant role will be responsible for ensuring that a Salesforce technology transformation is launched and managed with the right focus on the customer end users of the technology. You will use digital transformation best practices and an organizational change management framework to guide enterprise clients through large-scale, complex management projects. You will:

    • Create the vision for and the strategy behind the transformation
    • Assess the organizational readiness through data and stakeholder interviews
    • Define transformation success through the people, culture, technology, and processes
    • Develop measurable digital transformation benchmarks, and track and report on those benchmarks throughout projects
    • Accelerate technology adoption, utilization, and proficiency through coaching and deliverables
    • Enable and coach named change agents
    • Create and deploy change management deliverables such as communications (written materials and in-person presentations), training materials, workforce transition plans, and stakeholder interviews
    • Ensure that change management milestones and deliverables are aligned with overall project timelines
    • Support User Acceptance Testing, Go Live, and post-Go Live Hypercare
    • Document processes and the key performance indicators
    • Support the ListEngage digital transformation practice through template creation, thought leadership, marketing/sales collaboration, white paper development, etc.
