The Most Private Way to Get Help
Lionrock Recovery was designed to provide Substance Use Disorder (SUD)-specific, outpatient, telehealth treatment for adults struggling with addiction. Based in Northern California, our unique services employ the use of a HIPAA-compliant, tele-counseling platform that provides our clients with an intensive outpatient/outpatient (IOP/OP) treatment program, offered entirely online. Our program supplies a better value than residential treatment; at Lionrock, we’re not merely “in the treatment business” - we’re in the business of recovery.
MUST be available a minimum of 15 hrs/week
MUST be able to provide TB test results (conducted within the last year)
The ability to work 3x’s/week between 6:30-9:30pm PDT is a BIG Plus!
Possess strong counseling, CBT, and Motivational Interviewing skills
Have access to a private office space (home offices are acceptable--provided that counselors represent our organization in a professional manner)
Counselors with Lionrock are responsible for the provision of a full-range of substance use disorder (SUD) intensive outpatient and outpatient treatment services, including, but not limited to:
--comprehensive assessment--treatment planning--group counseling--case management--aftercare planning--individual counseling--crisis evaluation--
You will also…
Accept new clients and commit to following through from Admission to Discharge
Complete and maintain accurate records and reports
Participate in Case Conferencing with your Clinical Supervisor and the Clinical Director
Intervene as an advocate for clients to resolve emergent and crisis situations
Provide our clients and/or their immediate support network with information about addiction issues and additional services/programs
Communicate with external service providers to market, refer, and collaborate
* Please note that the above list is not exhaustive and counselors should expect to complete other duties as assigned. Additionally, this position may include occasional travel to an office site/location in your state*

Accepts new clients in-state as assigned by the Lionrock admissions department, with a commitment to follow through with client treatment from admission to discharge. Because this is online treatment, you must have experience using a computer for your work. Google Doc familiarity, Spreadsheets, Documentation, & Secure Email. Primary Duties and Responsibilities (via videoconferencing and electronic medical records).
