Marketing Lead

Lionheart Games is looking for an experienced Marketer (performance marketing and/or creative director experience required) with a strong desire to take on media plans and contribute to creative with support from our team. You have the skills and knowledge to create and complete effective campaigns across all digital media, from ad networks to social platforms, through your mastery of user acquisition, performance marketing, partner relations, and creative strategy.

Responsibilities
- Help build game brands and develop creative strategies for global release and liveops
- Drive creative development across all media platforms, working with development to ensure all marketing activities meet or exceed their goals
- Define, launch, and drive critical strategic media operations for user acquisition, engagement, and retention (including media buy)
- Lead efforts on sophisticated quantitative analyses, translating data into actionable insights and using those insights to make informed decisions
- Lead KPI development and tracking across all performance marketing related functions, measuring campaign and digital spend performance across all channels
- Design and complete campaigns for acquisition, engagement, and awareness, taking into account important variables such as seasonality, ROAS, competition, etc.
- Stay informed on the latest developments in the digital media industry and harness that knowledge for our benefit
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience creating and marketing well-known brands (games or not) — must understand how to “go big”
- Experience planning and executing on marketing campaigns (not solely a creative; you’re able to complete a successful Facebook marketing campaign by yourself)
- Proven track record of getting exceptional work from creative teams related to marketing activities
- Knowledge of performance marketing and brand marketing, including how the two interweave with one another
- Comfortable working without substantial documentation and excited by constant experimentation
- Strong analytical capabilities and ability to thrive in a cross-functional environment while juggling multiple responsibilities
- Passion for anime and marketing
Preferred
- Experience as an internal or agency creative director
- 10+ years of applicable digital media industry experience
- Skilled with relevant software, including Adobe Creative Suite, G Suite, ad network tools (Facebook, Google, etc)
