Business Analyst - Applications

Link Technologies (LinkTechConsulting.com), a Las Vegas based IT consulting firm, is currently seeking a Business Analyst for a position in Las Vegas, NV. This will be a long-term contract position potential to extend or become permanent. As a Business Analyst, you will be completing discovery and documenting requirements for marketing applications.

• 3+ years’ experience as a business analyst
• Prior experience performing discovery for marketing applications
• Experience with marketing applications
• Must have hands-on experience with Salesforce
• Must have advanced documentation abilities
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders, executives, and subject matter experts to elicit requirements
• Excellent scheduling and coordination skills
• Ability to assist in all discovery and help with planning
• Ability to determine if the solution has fulfilled the requirements

• Meeting with executives to gather and document marketing application requirements
• Defining, analyzing, and communicating business requirements with project teams
• Supporting the vision and strategy for marketing applications based on input from senior leadership
• Collaborating with senior leadership and project managers on definition and implementation
• Assisting with the communication of the strategy, projects status, and overall progress for the program
• Executing and delivering on the program objectives
• Compiling data and assisting with analysis to optimize programs and determine results
