Now Hiring a Front Office Specialist/Receptionist in the Office Equipment Industry

Front Office Specialist/Receptionist Summary: The largest dealer in the United States for Quadient products is looking for a passionate, ambitious, positive person to join our team, and to help us continue providing excellent customer service to our customers and community. The position's normal shift is Monday-Friday 9am - 3pm (with a 30min lunch).

Normal Job Duties:

• Be Customer Service oriented
• Excellent communication skills
• Professional and presentable personality
• Detail oriented
• Highly organized
• Check-in and direct guests
• Answer and route telephone calls
• Create, invoice and ship supply orders
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports as needed
• Prepares outgoing mail; sorts and distributes incoming mail
• Maintains office & janitorial supply inventories
• Assists with other related clerical duties such as photocopying, researching customer accounts, faxing, filing and collating
• Maintains company attendance records
• Basic knowledge of geographical area to backup phone system/dispatc
• Post & Prepare Past Due Notices
• Make collections calls/send collections emails as needed for accounts over 30 days past due
• Process Cash applications
• Post & Balance leasing reports monthly
• Assess customer finance charges monthly
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports including customer statements
• Other duties as assigned
• Must be highly skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• E-Automate Experience a plus
• Must have a minimum of 2 years experience as receptionist, admin assistant or equivalent.
