LA is seeking a full-time Integrated Producer, to join its growing 360° content creative team. Reporting to the VP, Integrated Creative, this role requires a forward-thinking, organized, multi-disciplined producer who can execute and deliver solutions across multiple platforms, both on-time and within budget. LF/SF Content, MGFX, Community Management, 3D/2D, AR/VR, influencer marketing and experiential campaigns: whatever the client wants you'll find a way to make it happen. You're able to quickly grasp the creative vision for ideas big and small and help solve any production challenges that may get in their way. You are adept at leading multiple projects simultaneously and you're eager to expand your production skill set beyond the traditional entertainment-agency models in order to find new and innovative ways to service our clients.
What You'll Do:
Scope, Budget & Schedules
- Responsible for maintaining a production POV on all departmental creative ideas so that we always know whether an idea can be executed within budget or not
- Create specific budget estimates for any/all creative ideas that clients earmark for production
- Negotiate as needed with clients to clarify project scopes and arrive at a finalized SOW prior to committing agency resources
- Work with clients to ensure all necessary specs and materials are provided upfront and are correct for production purposes
- Create and manage production timelines to ensure on-time deliveries
- Keep clients and internal team informed on any/all material changes to scopes, budgets and timelines
- Ensure clients and internal teams understand the full implications of any scope, budget or timeline changes upfront so that any further adjustments to scope, budget or timeline can occur prior to committing agency resources
Resourcing
- Work internally and externally to ensure proper resources will be available and on-hand to execute according to project timelines
- Create departmental resource plans based upon expected workloads and adjust as necessary
- Communicate with and book vendors/freelancers in order to execute work as necessary
- Work with agency recruiting team to maintain a bench of freelance and potential full-time talent
- Supervise and mentor any Junior Producers/Coordinators in the department
- Play an integral part in maintaining the best employee talent in the department
- Help evaluate the department and make improvements, sharing accurate feedback as necessary with the VP and upper management
Workflow & Process
- Establish core standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the Integrated Creative team to govern how creative work gets developed and how departmental tasks are completed
- Drive video projects through from pre-production to the post-production process to achieve interesting video content that maintains brand integrity
- Collaborate with marketing team to conceptualize video ideas all the way to the shoot and post-production
- Take ownership for pre-production, shooting, editing and assisting in production and post-production, editing from scratch, relying on creative instincts and industry best-practices
- Active participant in the planning and execution of long-term social brand strategies aimed at growing awareness and growing an audience
- Work with Creative lead to guide and Q&A social assets to make sure they align with client expectations and feedback
- Enter work orders for new projects and update with notes from client to team in Wrike
- Work interdepartmentally to establish SOPs for how other teams are meant to interact with the Integrated Creative department
Billing
- Responsible for organizing and submitting billing to the Accounting department on a monthly basis
- Maintain job sheets per project that clearly map estimated and actual costs so that when needed leadership can perform post-mortem cost analyses
- Work with Accounting to ensure billing/invoices are generated and processed appropriately
What You'll Bring:
- 7-10+ years of experience working with agencies and executing campaigns across a multitude of entertainment platforms
- Proven success working on social media, digital and/or integrated campaigns with a heavy focus on producing motion and AV content
- Extensive knowledge of best practices in digital and social platforms
- Ability to manage external talent such as influencers, commissioned artists and other tech-based partners
- Ability to create estimates, budgets, drafting SOWs and change orders as required
- An award-winning reel that showcases a wide range of content
- A stickler's attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- The aptitude and attitude to handle multiple projects at once with grace and good humor
- Able to problem-solve for projects even if/when the needs exceed the scope of your personal experience
- The ability to persuade and negotiate in order to reach the best possible outcome for both the agency and its clients
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- A willingness to travel as needed and on short notice

- The starting base compensation range for this position in the selected city is $105,000- $125,000 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including but not limited to the candidate's qualifications, location, prior experience, and education
