The Premier Collection is searching for a Luxury Customer Care Representative for our White Plains locations. We're looking for someone with incredible customer handling and telephone skills. This is an opportunity for a highly motivated, customer focused team player with a strong work ethic and superior leadership skills.

Our team is fully committed to providing a friction free, fully transparent experience in person, over the phone or remote online. We want The Premier Collection to be our customer's favorite retailer, so we have Customer Care Representatives coordinate all of our customers' repair and maintenance appointments over the phone, via email and through our apps. Our CCRs constantly engage customers thru outbound calls, emails and texts. Our customer's maintenance is our responsibility and we work hard to provide a smooth and fun ownership experience by making service easy.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers during incoming calls, emails and text messages in identifying their concerns and scheduling their next appointment.
  • Remind customers of overdue and missed service thru outbound calls, emails and text messages
  • Alert customers of open recalls thru outbound calls, emails and text messages
  • Coordinate Valet for pickup and delivery of customer's vehicles
  • Ensure proper documentation of customer Complaints so advisors and technicians can properly maintain or repair their vehicle
  • Following up after service to assist customers with additional questions
  • Represent The Premier Collection's brand with excellence
  • Highly organized and eagerness to improve
  • Willingness to take initiative
  • Computer literacy, quality writing and grammar skills
