**The Role**
This position will perform and deliver on routine assignments for his/her assigned area\(s\) of responsibility independently in accordance with established procedures/guidelines\. S/he will provide a full range of administrative support for AVP officer\(s\) or below level management\.
**Responsibilities**
+ Arranges and coordinates assigned AVP officer\(s\) or below level management travel including preparing itineraries\.
+ Enters assigned AVP officer\(s\) or below level managements expenses reports into appropriate systems\.
+ Greets and directs AVP officer\(s\) or below level management visitors and act as primary resource for internal and external contacts, facilitating a professional image of LFG\.
+ Manages AVP officer\(s\) or below level managements calendar and schedule meetings, conferences and appointments\.
+ Orders supplies and coordinates routine maintenance and repairs to office equipment as needed\.
+ Organizes and maintains assigned AVP officer\(s\) or below level management correspondence and records, following up on pending matters as needed\.
+ Plans and coordinates special events as needed\.
+ Prepares correspondence, memorandum, documents, presentations, and reports for assigned AVP officer\(s\) or below level management review and approval\.
+ Processes invoices for prompt payment as needed\.
+ Proofreads documents, presentation and reports for grammatical and typographical errors\.
+ Receives and screens telephone calls, letters and/or visitors for the assigned AVP officer\(s\) or below level management\) including, answering routine questions, obtains and furnishes information to save AVP officer\(s\) or below level managements time\.
+ Sorts, reviews, and distributes assigned AVP officer\(s\) or below level managements mail\.
**Education & Experience**
+ High School diploma or GED or minimum Associate degree in lieu of required experience\.
+ 0 \- 1\+ Years clerical and/or administrative support experience that directly aligns with the specific responsibilities for this position\.
+ Advanced skills utilizing powerpoint in support of presentations required
+ Strong communication skills both written and oral required
