LimeLoop’s smart shipping platform combines reusable packaging and a simple sensor, creating a real-time lens into the e-commerce experience from point of order to return. This provides retailers with a powerful platform to effectively understand and communicate with their customers, while providing the insights necessary to inform ESG and supply chain decisions.

When it comes to this ecosystem of customers, the key to our success will lie in both staying in tune with their current needs and anticipating those of tomorrow. While continuing to exceed customer’s expectations is core to everyone’s role at LimeLoop, we’re looking for someone who will focus on customer acquisition, contributing to revenue growth and reducing environmental impact.

Through joining this early-stage startup, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the leadership team and external stakeholders to effectively develop and implement data-driven strategies and actionable tactics for optimized growth.

You Will…

  • Secure and lead e-commerce retailers in how consumers receive and return goods,

  • Manage, grow, and retain a persona-targeted pipeline of opportunities,

  • Build out a data-driven conversion funnel that has a test, learn and automate approach,

  • Outreach directly to qualified prospects and cultivate customer relationships, including attending industry events to connect with target customers,

  • Formulate and qualify ideas to promote lead generation to meet sales goals,

  • Develop and evolve sales assets that are on brand with support from Marketing,

  • Work cross functionally to increase product value and develop product features based on potential and current customer feedback,

  • Iterate and execute on a sales acquisition and growth strategy, including problem solving it in real time and growing it locally and globally,

  • Monitor and manage actionable KPIs and budgets against performance to expand and accelerate revenue opportunities amongst potential and existing customers,

  • Work with the leadership team in executing a world-changing vision of shipping without the waste.

You should have…

  • At least 3 years of B2B sales experience including in a role responsible for closing deals,

  • At least 1 year of B2B sales experience in selling a SaaS or equivalent product to retail or e-commerce businesses,

  • A strong understanding of customer values and success,

  • A passion for communicating with customers and developing long-lasting relationships,

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills: utilized with our customers, as well as delivering effective feedback to your peers and management,

  • Excellent demonstrated performance of consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals or targets,

  • A strong process-driven approach, including use of existing and new tools to optimize operations,

  • Experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce,

  • A sense of curiosity that leads to creative and executable solutions,

  • An ability to quickly spot problems and come to the table with solutions,

  • An eagerness to build strategic and leadership skills and grow with the sales organization.

Compensation…

Salary + Commission + Equity + Benefits

Compensation will be a combination of salary and commission, along with benefits and equity participation.
