Medical Laboratory Manager

Lighthouse Lab Services has partnered with top tier hospital system in beautiful Oahu and we are in need of a Core Lab Manager.

This person will oversee a team of 41 direct reports. They will also be tasked with overseeing a large amount of growth as the hospital will be expanding to four times it size over the next fifteen years. This person will have a direct effect on hospital operations as they will be not only be reporting to the Lab Director but also directly to the hospital administration.

Preferred Candidate Profile
-Bachelor's Degree is Medical Technology or related science
-At least 5 years of lab management experience
-Certified as a Medical Laboratory Scientist by the ASCP or equivalent national association
-Must be eligible to obtain the HI State license a medical technologist

Salary and Benefits
-Depending on experience $110,000-$120,000 + Sign On Bonus!
