We are seeking a Customer Support Technician to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues both over the phone and in person.


  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints
  • Provide information about our products and services
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions


  • Previous experience in telephone and onsite technical support
  • Experience troubleshooting residential routers and unmanaged switches
  • Ability to work in a fast paced high pressure environment
  • CLI experience a plus
  • Knowledge of 2.4G/5G wireless technologies
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Fiber experience recommended
