We are looking for a Sales Coordinator. This role will be an integral part of the business, supporting the sales function. This role will ensure client satisfaction by entering, handling, expediting and escalating orders for all company quotations. As the Sales Coordinator, you will forward company growth by ensuring quotes are complete and accurate. The Sales Coordinator will excel at providing post-sales monitoring, escalation, and resolution support working closely with Client Service to ensure complete client satisfaction. This role will collaborate with Procurement and order processing to facilitate a superior client experience.
Creating and processing sales quotes according to company service level agreements to ensure client satisfaction
Track and manage sales opportunity details in our CRM
Track and manage sales orders in our CRM and coordinate with the respective teams to appropriately manage service level agreements
Communicate status of sales orders for any issues impacting client delivery and satisfaction
Support the management of customer accounts by following up with clients for administrative purposes and providing troubleshooting assistance for orders, account statuses, and other problems
Assist in maintenance of our CRM system
Maintain updated information in the client database, such as contact names, authority levels, phone numbers and email addresses
Provide administrative support to the Sales Manager including revenue tracking, product performance to budget, and other departmental reporting
Provide post-sale monitoring to ensure complete client satisfaction
Ensure company policy is adhered to
