Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Responsibilities:

Our Executive Director become family and impact the lives of our residents who live in a Lifespark Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living Community. In this position, you will lead and direct the overall operations of the facility in accordance with customer needs, government regulations, and company policy and procedure, with the focus of maintaining excellent care for the residents/tenants while achieving the community's business objectives.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Licensed as Nursing Home Administrator or Licensed Assisted Living Director in the state of operation.
• Bachelor's degree in Health Administration, Gerontology, Business, or related field.
• Experience in marketing, sales, and/or advertising.
• Minimum of two years management or supervisory experience in long-term care or acute care.
• Must be able to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, resident's families and employees.
• In accordance to the CMS Vaccine Mandate, candidate must provide proof of Covid-19 Vaccine or submit documentation for exemption
