Core Responsibilities:

  • Assist with coordination, evaluation and planning of home care services
  • Organize and oversee client/caregiver schedules and scheduling procedures according to agency guidelines
  • Participate in on-call rotation with other office team members for after hours and weekend coverage
  • Demonstrate open and effective communication with clients, families, referrers, and other team members.  Addresses concerns promptly and demonstrates best utilization for resources for optimal client care.
  • Assist with client/caregiver introductions and quality assurance check-ins
  • Proactively, determines needed caregiver positions, post positions, participate  and set  job fair opportunities, reviews applications, and telephone screens candidates, conduct interviews, participate in employee orientation in order to ensure staffing numbers are appropriate.
  • Involved in part-time sales activities

Business or Healthcare Administration background or scheduling a plus.  Up to 25% travel locally required.
