Classification: Full time Bookkeeper
A fast-growing bookkeeping firm based in southern NH is seeking a full time account manager.
This position requires an individual who can work side by side with the CEO on numerous client accounts.
Responsibilities required include but are not limited to:
Processing Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
Prepare, Process and reconcile Payroll
Process Workers Comp Audits
Post general ledger account activity
Reconcile bank, credit card, and loan statements.
Cash Flow Updates
Weekly Check Run
Month End Close
Review P&L and Balance Sheet Monthly with client.
Draft maintain standard operating procedures for each client.
Install, onboard software, apps, banking downloads.
Prepare Year End Tax Packages for CPA’s
Proficiency with QuickBooks, Outlook, Excel and Word
Possess strong verbal and written communication skills
Team player to work both independently and in a group setting
Handle matters confidentially with accurate filing and maintenance of documents.
Ability to work under pressure, multi task and meet deadlines.
US Citizen with the ability to pass a criminal background check.
A minimum of 3-year experience in the accounting field
Accounting degree preferred.
