LifeWay Human Resources Team is seeking a Recruitment Marketing and Communications Specialist to join our amazing team! We're looking for an engaged team player who will steward LifeWay's employer brand through messaging and communication efforts, seeking to increase awareness and credibility both externally and internally. The Recruitment Marketing and Communications Specialist will lead initiatives to grow LifeWay's network of talent brand ambassadors and manage a variety of communications projects. This position offers remote work 1-2 days/week, casual work environment, flexible hours, and competitive benefits.
+ Leads talent brand marketing strategy development and execution to achieve objectives, using relevant disciplines including: social media, digital advertising, email/text campaigns, events, strategic partnerships, and list management
+ Manages relationships with third-party sourcing and staffing vendors to evaluate source effectiveness and make adjustments as needed
+ Serves as liaison to LifeWay Marketing to align employer brand with LifeWay brand initiatives and promotions
+ Sources, identifies, and pipelines quality candidates for active and passive staffing needs
+ Develops and maintains relationships with educational institutions, employment agencies, placement firms and other applicant sources and manages candidate referral programs
+ Develops copy and creative content for talent branding, external, and internal messaging
+ Conducts research and analyzes industry trends to make recommendations that will improve source effectiveness and talent experience, to monitor source effectiveness, and to track talent experience metrics
+ Coordinates candidate interview scheduling and other messaging
+ Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or HR related field desired
+ Two (2) years combined experience in marketing, communications, branding, and/or project management required
+ Practice in multi-discipline marketing: social media, event marketing, email marketing, public relations, etc.
+ Relationship management, customer service, and communication skills through a variety of platforms
+ Candidate assessment skills
+ Graphic design, layout, photography, and editing skills a plus
+ Outstanding business, organizational, and analytical skills; capable of managing high volume of detailed data with accuracy
