JOB DESCRIPTION
Join a progressive multi-specialty clinic as a hospital-employed physician, and part of a system (Lourdes Health) which enables very meaningful collaboration and communication between providers, staff, and administration. We are a faith based organization focusing on excellence in care for the whole person.
PRACTICE
This position involves joining an established practice with one other ENT physician and one Physician’s Assistant in a busy practice with a growing community need. A neuro-otologist would be desirable, but not required. Compensation is competitive with robust benefits.
ABOUT LOURDES
Lourdes Health has a community Critical Access hospital with 25 beds in Pasco, Washington, inpatient rehabilitation unit, occupational health clinic, urgent care, two multi-specialty clinics and wrap-around behavioral health services in Richland, Washington.

The local economy is the strongest in the state of Washington. Pasco is the fastest growing city in the state, and is among the fastest growing in the country. Agriculture is a large part of the Tri-Cities economy, as are the areas of science and technology. The area has the highest number of PhDs per capita in the nation and has top rated schools in both the public and private sectors.
Our community is nearly 300,000 in population. The Tri-Cities is in the heart of wine country with more than 200 wineries within a one-hour drive.
