Life Strategies, LLC, an established and growing ABA and Behavioral Health Agency, is seeking a highly dedicated, energetic professional to join our ABA Team. LS is seeking both ABA Therapists and ABA Clinical Supervisors. An ABA Therapist is a professional with a degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or similar who is working toward becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA®) or working toward becoming a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA®). When available, BCBA or BCaBA supervision is provided to employees of Life Strategies. An ABA Clinical Supervisor is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA®).

This position oversees ABA programming and directly teaches children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Applicants should have specialized training in ABA with proficient knowledge of Verbal Behavior, as well as have experience with ABA programs for children with Autism. ABA services are provided in homes, in our Blooming Potential Autism and Learning Centers, and in community and school settings.

  • Conduct initial and on-going client assessments (such as ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP) and design and implement effective ABA Programs
  • Train and supervise paraprofessionals who provide direct therapy to children
  • Conduct weekly to monthly progress meetings with parents and staff
  • Exercise discretion and independent judgment in the management of client services and supervision of paraprofessionals based on Life Strategies’ policies & procedures
  • Develop and achieve performance goals with client, client’s family, and paraprofessionals
  • Oversee and maintain accurate and organized client notes, data, and reports
  • Maintain client privacy in accordance with Life Strategies’ policy


  • Master’s Degree in ABA, Psychology, Education or related field
  • BCBA® Certified OR actively pursuing the BCBA or BCaBA credential and in process of meeting all requirements to take the exam
  • Minimum of two years of experience providing Applied Behavior Analysis treatment to children with Autism
  • Demonstrated knowledge of ABA treatment techniques and treatment program designs for children of varying skill levels
  • Ability to promote an atmosphere of teamwork and collaboration
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
