Life Protect 24/7 is a sales call center searching for self-motivated, high performing individuals with security experience, and desire to advocate for team safety. If this sounds like you, you are a great candidate for our Full Time Security Officer.

How do you do that?

You will be responsible for providing security, safety and protection of the people and property of the building. This includes:

• Walking rounds in the building & on the property

• Assisting in opening lockers

• Actively watching Security Cameras footage, communicating infractions with management

• Responding to calls for Assistance

  • Code Blue- Medical Emergency

    • Coordinate with Emergency Services

  • Code Red- Security issues

• Securing the premises of our Norfolk, VA headquarters

• Ensuring the safety of working personnel by patrolling property,

• Monitoring surveillance equipment, inspecting buildings, access points, and permitting entry.

• Responsible for preventing losses and damage by reporting irregularities

• Informing violators of policy and procedures; as well as restraining trespassers.

What you offer:

• Previous Security Experience

• DCJS License Preferred

• Must be at least 18 years of age

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Ability to lift 50lbs

• Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and interpersonal)

• Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time

• Motivation, and desire to achieve powered by YOU!

Pay: $15/HR

Schedule:

• 4 Day Work Week
  • Monday 2:45 PM - 10:45 PM
  • Tuesday 2:45 PM - 10:45 PM
  • Thursday 2:45 PM - 10:45 PM
  • Saturday 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
  • Off Sunday, Wednesday, Friday
