We are looking for the next GREAT General Manager of D1 Training. We are an upbeat and thriving operation ran on high energy and we need a leader in our facility to harness that energy and turn it into action and results. D1 Training is an athletic-based training franchise for ages 7 and up that is rapidly growing across the United States. It was started by NFL players and ownership has grown to include many more professional athletes and entrepreneurs. D1 provides individual and group training classes in a state-of-the-art facility, the likes of which are normally found on the campuses of the biggest schools and in the training centers of the best professional sports teams. Key Goals and Vision for this Role:
As General Manager, you will be responsible for providing leadership and daily direction for sales and coaching teams in our facilities.
As the lead for the sales function, the GM must execute a lead generation/marketing strategy plan to increase sales, retention, and EBITDA as well as promote the health and wellness benefits that are associated with a healthy lifestyle and performance. He or she must achieve the financial objectives of the gym as outlined in the annual plan
by motivating, leading, supervising, and coordinating the activities of employees engaged in servicing our member needs. He/She will have a solid understanding of sales and operational excellence with a command of all company-wide policies, practices, and initiatives to ensure the integrity of the D1 brand and core values.
This critical position must ensure D1 members receive the highest quality of service and facilities. He/She will establish community relationships to promote the D1 brand, ensure the consistent delivery of services that meet D1 quality standards, and drive local market activation initiatives.
