Fitter Welder

Experienced fitter welder, must be able to read shop drawings for fabrication. We are assembling teams of good fitter welders to meet production needs for the military contract work we have, this position pays per job on production you will still get a check every week the amount you make per week is based on you and how much is done in a week. You can easily make on smaller projects $1000.00 per week and upwards of $2200.00 per week on the larger projects. This is contract labor but essentially full time there may be some weeks where it is not a full week for you it's all based on how fast you work. the only downtown that may occur would be during the prototype phase of each new project we pay you per hour on these because we want it to be fair and as everyone knows it is a prototype there are things that have to be worked out which takes longer.
