Client based in Montgomery, Alabama looking for a QCM for a military project in the southeast region of the United States. No relocation is required, just the ability to travel. This is a full-time position and you would be sent to another project when this one is finished. They do a lot of work for the Veterans Affairs and the United States Army Corps of Engineers. Almost all of their projects take place on a military base. They do a lot of parking decks and hospitals. RESUME MUST SHOW USACE BACKGROUND TO BE CONSIDERED. VETERANS AFFAIRS CONSTRUCTION EXPERIENCE CAN SUBSTITUTE AS LONG AS YOU HAVE THE USACE QCM CERTIFICATE.
The client would like to see 7-10 years’ experience with commercial and government construction projects.
Experience with $5-$20 million type projects.
Need experience in concrete work.
VA or USACE experience is required.
Valid QCM certificate is required and must be up-to-date or within the past 5 years.
OSHA 30-hour training within the past 5 years is required and must be able to show the card.
Must be able to get security clearance or have now.
Must have excellent computer skills.
