Job seekers interested in working in a high-energy environment with growth opportunities and flexible hours should start their application today!Compensation:$10 - $11 hourlyResponsibilities:Work with the housekeeping staff to ensure rooms are ready for new guestsGreet, check-in, and check out guests when they arrive and leave the premises, distribute keys and room assignments, and record credit card informationPerform regular bookkeeping duties: make sure hotel guest information is current and correctTake incoming calls, online and in-person room bookings requests, and answer questions about guests' needs involving room rates, available rooms, amenities, rewards programs, and... special requestsHandle customer complaints as necessaryQualifications:High school graduate, GED recipient, or equivalentPossesses strong customer service skills, interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and time management skills1 year of experience in the hospitality industry as a hotel front desk agent, hotel receptionist, or guest service specialist preferredComfortable taking telephone calls and mitigating stressful situationsAbout CompanyLexington Hotel Group operates multiple hotels in the Lexington, VA region.
