We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team! You will provide high-level administrative support for the Office Manager at our company.
Responsibilities:
- Handle administrative needs of Office Manager
- Maintain filing, data entry on multiple platforms
- Receive visitors
- Maintain and order supplies
- Execute small projects
- Maintain daily mail
- Keep office organized and clean
- Other duties as they arise
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an executive secretary, administrative assistant, or in other related fields
- Have worked previously with a CRM
- Have strong, proven Microsoft Office skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Strong attention to detail
- Can maintain a matter of fact attitude
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced but laid back environment
- Vehicle to run errands
- Be able to pass a drug test and background check
- Can be an adult and be on time, no excessive absences, no drama
