Job Description

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team! You will provide high-level administrative support for the Office Manager at our company.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle administrative needs of Office Manager
  • Maintain filing, data entry on multiple platforms
  • Receive visitors
  • Maintain and order supplies
  • Execute small projects
  • Maintain daily mail
  • Keep office organized and clean
  • Other duties as they arise

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as an executive secretary, administrative assistant, or in other related fields
  • Have worked previously with a CRM
  • Have strong, proven Microsoft Office skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Can maintain a matter of fact attitude
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced but laid back environment
  • Vehicle to run errands
  • Be able to pass a drug test and background check
  • Can be an adult and be on time, no excessive absences, no drama
