Due to recent growth, ACI Specialty Benefits is currently seeking full-time Call Center/Customer service Associates to provide topnotch customer service to our valued clients.
The Customer Service Intake Specialist will support a high volume intake department by answering phone calls, fulfilling a wide range of client service requests, supporting concierge requests, providing administrative support and participating in other projects as needed. Bilingual is a plus.
You will maintain confidentiality of client and company information both internally and externally. You will respond to clients' requests for information by telephone, text, chat and email. Create and maintain strong customer service relationships. Retain schedule flexibility with 24/7 operation that may change from time to time. Hireing for day shifts.,
