Title: Bilingual NAEP Recruitment Center Agent
Location: Rockville, MD (Onsite)
Pay: 17.50/hour for Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Type: Contract; July 2023 – 12/15/2023
Hours: Center is Open Monday-Friday 8am-8pm. Each agent will work an 8-hour shift. The earliest will be 8:00 am – 4:30 pm, and the latest shift will be 11:30 am to 8:00 pm. Shifts will be assigned/reassigned to best meet the needs of the NAEP Recruitment Center.
Our client is currently seeking individuals to join its team supporting a national education study.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Respond to email, telephone inquiries, and document all calls.
- Assist applicants with accessing the online company application.
- Contact referrals for possible employment on National Assessment of Educational Progress.
- Conduct employment history and professional reference checks.
- Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Experience in customer service or call center environment.
- Familiarity with Windows 10, Microsoft Office, and Browser Based Software’s.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test if needed
- Excellent verbal and Written communication skills
- Good organizational skills and detailed-oriented / able to handle multiple tasks.
- Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and work well with a team or independently.
- Ability to handle fluctuating, and often heavy, workload and work well under pressure.
- Ability to understand and carry out instructions / Takes initiative and asks for clarification when necessary.
- Available to work Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week, daytime or early evening hours
