Job Description
The Cyber Solutions Department is seeking a Senior-Level Cyber Data Analyst to work in the Chantilly, VA location. Leads team members with data analysis projects and tasking. Transforms disparate data into digestible information.
The team is casual putting results over formality. Team members can work flexible hours, and the client maintains a 9/80 schedule meaning employees have a chance to take every other Friday off.

Responsibilities:
- Present and disseminate findings to all technical knowledge levels
- Improve existing techniques and devise new techniques to solve security data problems
- Independently propose and develop creative solutions to unique problems, potentially leading IR&D projects
- Identify and articulate strengths and weaknesses of solutions, conclusions, and problem approaches during technical discussions.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in STEM with 7 years’ experience, Master’s degree in related field with 4 years’ experience, or PhD with 0 years’ experience, or equivalent related work experience
- Expert oral and written communication skills with ability to present and write for a variety of audience technical levels
- Expert level understanding of TCP/IP networking concepts
- Strong understanding of Cyber Security concepts
- Experience storing, organizing and querying data from a variety of sources
- Experience with scripting languages such as Python or R
- Experience with shell scripting languages like bash, zsh, or csh
- Experience with databases and database concepts
- Excitement about learning new technical subject areas and curiosity about cyber security and big data problems
- Must be a sole U.S. Citizen and currently hold a minimum TS/SCI clearance

- Previous experience leading teams
- Demonstrated experience working to grow jr/mid-level employees skills
- Desire to take on leadership responsibilities
- Developing and forming requirements from abstract needs
