Job Description We are on the search for a Project Manager to work across our Editorial and Creative Studio teams. You will assist in maintaining a consistent, streamlined and organized workflow for multiple pieces of creative content across multiple teams. Working closely with a team of researchers, writers, editors and proofreaders you have the opportunity to help shape the content and see your work have real world impact. This is a temp freelance role with the possibility to convert to full time. The role requires 40 hours / week, Monday - Friday. This role reports to the Co-Head of Research: Organize a constant stream of project deliverables ensuring they adhere to quality standards. Coordinate with cross-discipline team members to confirm all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules. Communicate with program managers, project leads, and team members to identify and resolve issues. Establish effective project communication plans and ensure their execution. Coordinate with a team of writers to delegate, organize, plan and manage workflows. Understand team skills and strengths across all disciplines. Requirements 4+ years project management education technology or digital media function (this is not a technical or construction project management role) Accounts experience at an advertising agency, post-production company or media company desired. Highly organized, self-motivated and detail-oriented. Proven ability to earn trust and work cross-functionally and collaboratively with different departments. High level of energy to thrive in an environment with frequently shifting priorities. Conflict-resolution and problem-solving skills. Level-headed and positive attitude under pressure. Ability to manage multiple tasks and tight deadlines. Strong knowledge of google products and project management platforms to leverage in managing projects and reporting. Compensation $400 - $475 / day
