Les Olson Company is in its 64th year of business as a Utah based, locally owned and operated company. We are looking to add a friendly professional to our team as a full time Receptionist / Administrative Assistant. This position will interact with clients in person, via telephone, email, and the web on a daily basis. This position offers an enjoyable and dynamic team environment as you will work closely and collaboratively with other team members in every area of our business.
You will utilize Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) in your job duties. A simple test will be given during the interview process to asses your current skill level in these programs. Other programs proprietary to our business will also be utilized. All training in these programs will be provided. A full panel drug test will be required and must be passed prior to employment. We also conduct a thorough background check on all potential employees prior to employment.

Duties include: answering phones, assisting walk in customers, data entry, contract billing, customer service. All training will be provided.
Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor. Ability to communicate well verbally and in writing. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint). Good working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat. Typing speed of at least 45 WPM. Good math skills. Team player. Self-starter. Ability to handle a diverse work-load. Ability to prioritize duties.
