- Greet customers and make them feel welcome
- Interact with customers daily to inform them of our clients' products and services
- Answer any questions customers may have
- Resolve any customer issues
- Gain a loyal customer base
- Give unique sales presentations tailored to the wants and needs of the customers
What are we looking for in a Customer Account Representative?
- Associates or Bachelor's degree is preferred
